About Us
GSL Financial Wellness NPC is a South African company (Level One - 135% B-BBEE procurement recognition) with branch and satellite provincial offices nationally and specialising in duly accredited consumer financial education, workplace financial wellness, and behaviour change interventions. We partner with corporates, institutions, and communities to deliver practical, measurable financial education programmes that empower individuals to make informed and sustainable financial decisions.
With over two decades of combined experience in financial education, learning and development, and strategic programme implementation, GSL has successfully delivered and managed national financial wellness initiatives for organisations including Old Mutual, Liberty, Alexander Forbes, ABSA, Assupol, and SACTWU – among many others.
Our programmes combine experiential learning methodologies, accredited training frameworks, behavioural change strategies, and technology-enabled learning platforms to create meaningful and lasting impact. We deliver customised interventions across all employee levels and income bands, covering areas such as budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, savings and investments, wealth preservation, and financial risk management.
